What Does a Data Analyst in MIS & BI Do?
As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for compiling, analyzing, and visualizing business-critical data. Your insights will empower various departments including Sales, HR, and Finance to make data-driven decisions and optimize their planning and performance strategies.
What Are the Key Responsibilities?
- Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports to management and key stakeholders
- Create and automate dashboards and planning documents using Power BI, Tableau, and Alteryx
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify performance gaps and implement insight-driven solutions
- Support incentive simulations and communicate breakdowns to relevant departments
- Schedule and lead stakeholder meetings to understand operational challenges

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, HR, or related discipline
Experience & Technical Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of overall experience, with at least 3 years in Automotive or a similar fast-paced sector

- Strong Excel skills and experience working with large datasets
