Overview of the role
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Finance Business Partner to join our Toyota and Lexus B2B Finance team. This role is integral to our business, working closely with the brand FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) team and other AFG (Al Futtaim Group) finance teams to drive financial performance and support strategic decision-making.

This role is integral to our business, working closely with the brand FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) team and other AFG (Al Futtaim Group) finance teams to drive financial performance and support strategic decision-making.
What you will do
- Lead the budget and forecasting activities within the B2B (business to business) function, including preparing annual budgets, monthly/quarterly forecasts, and inventory and accounts receivable forecasts
- Prepare detailed reports and analyses for monthly reviews with B2B (business to business) management, including margin and expense analysis with commentary
- Perform regular financial reviews and variance analysis to ensure business performance aligns with budgets and forecasts
- Provide commercial support by assisting in preparing pricing proposals, reviewing volume rebate programs, and validating cost requirements
- Conduct detailed annual reviews of extended warranty utilization models and ensure accurate accounting of warranty provisions
- Work with the team to analyze products and provide management reporting dashboards
- Oversee sales accounting and cash control, ensuring compliance with company procedures
- Review and control indirect costs, ensuring accurate cross charges and site-wise allocations
- Ensure adequate insurance coverage and support aged stock liquidation efforts
- Review AR provision and facilitate timely submission of finance deal packs
- Ensure compliance with finance SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and facilitate external or group internal audit reviews
- Lead and supervise the finance team, providing training and support as needed
