About the Role:
We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Data Migration Coordinator / Analyst to support large-scale data migration and integration initiatives within our construction and real estate projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data management, SQL, ETL processes, and experience working with ACONEX, Autodesk, and Oracle Primavera Unifier. This role will bridge the gap between technical data migration teams, document controllers, and external AI solution providers to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency throughout the migration lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute data migration activities across multiple platforms including Aconex, Autodesk, and Oracle Primavera Unifier.
• Work closely with document control and project management teams to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and proper classification.
• Collaborate with external AI and automation teams to streamline data migration, validation, and modelling processes.
• Develop and maintain ETL workflows and SQL scripts to extract, transform, and load data efficiently.
• Validate migrated data for accuracy, structure, and consistency against defined standards and business rules.
• Support the integration of legacy systems and new platforms during project transitions.
• Document migration procedures, data models, mappings, and validation reports.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues, gaps, or anomalies proactively.
• Provide ongoing support and technical input during post-migration verification and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data migration, data analysis, or data coordination, ideally within construction or real estate projects.
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with ETL tools and processes.
• Hands-on experience with Aconex, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and Oracle Primavera Unifier.
• Strong understanding of data modelling, validation, and reporting techniques.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills, with the ability to liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a focus on maintaining high-quality data standards.
