Required qualifications & experience
A minimum of a bachelor's degree in economics, statistics, or STEM fields
Experience in strategy consulting, public sector consulting, or similar
Proven track record of conducting strategic analysis, developing insights, and supporting decision-making in complex environments
Ability to think critically and strategically, with a focus on long-term outcomes and systemic solutions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences
Strong storytelling and presentation skills, including the use of visual aids to convey insights
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability Technical skills:
Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, with the ability to

Understanding of public sector operations, policy development, and regulatory frameworks and challenges
Responsibilities
Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, policy developments, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decision-making
Assess the effectiveness of existing programs, policies, and initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and recommending actionable solutions
Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and present findings to senior leadership
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, policymakers, and community organizations, to gather input and align strategies
Support the development of long-term strategic plans, including goal-setting, resource allocation, and performance metrics
Evaluate the impact of existing and proposed policies, providing recommendations to enhance outcomes and ensure alignment with organizational objectives
Prepare clear, concise, and compelling reports, presentations, and briefing materials for senior leadership and key stakeholders
