Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement a comprehensive customer experience strategy aligned with the company\'s goals and values.
Lead and mentor a high-performing CX team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to integrate customer-centric practices into business processes and decision-making.

Oversee the design and execution of customer feedback programs, ensuring timely and effective response to customer concerns.

Act as the advocate for the customer within the organization, driving a customer-centric mindset at all levels.
Qualifications: * Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master\'s degree preferred.
Proven experience in a senior-level customer experience role within the real estate or proerty sector.
