Robert Walters is partnering with a prominent and innovative player in the real estate/ property sector based in Dubai, is seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join our team as the Director of Customer Experience (CX).
Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement a comprehensive customer experience strategy aligned with the company\'s goals and values.

- Utilize data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Oversee the design and execution of customer feedback programs, ensuring timely and effective response to customer concerns.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in customer experience initiatives.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of CX programs and initiatives.
- Act as the advocate for the customer within the organization, driving a customer-centric mindset at all levels.
- Proven experience in a senior-level customer experience role within the real estate or proerty sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive informed decision-making.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing customer experience strategies.
- Ability to navigate a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
