Key Accountabilities:

Define and maintain the Pega Customer Analytic Record (CAR) ensuring accurate and up-to-date representations of customer interactions and behaviors.
Design and curate a comprehensive PEGA data attributes dictionary, collaborating closely with IT teams to collect and integrate customer data from diverse sources.
Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and other squad members to identify and prioritize data attributes required for analysis, modeling, and decisioning activities.
Work cross-functionally with IT and other relevant teams to ensure seamless data integration and availability for CVM initiatives.
Champion data governance best practices, enforce data quality standards, and contribute to the continuous improvement of data management processes.
Provide subject matter expertise in customer data and attribute availability during discussions about analysis, model development, and decisioning strategies.
Collaborate with PEGA Decisioning Specialists to align data attributes with campaign configuration and execution requirements.

Key Qualifications, experience, skills:

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Mathematical domain
Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree is a plus
Proven experience in data management, data governance, or related roles
Proficiency in data attributes mapping, data integration, and data quality assurance
Familiarity with PEGA or similar customer engagement platforms is advantageous.
Experience of data platforms including Teradata, Oracle & PostgreSQL
Experience of data ETL tools including Informatica, Spark & Kafka
Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Experience of Telecommunication Industry advantageous.
