About the Role:
Multi Trade Group is seeking a
Customs PRO
to handle all customs-related documentation and clearance activities efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of customs procedures and experience managing import/export documentation within the UAE, particularly in Sharjah.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle all customs documentation and ensure timely submission on the Sharjah portal.
Receive certified documents from SAIF Zone Customs, scan and send to ADSO Clearing Agent via email.
Submit documents to SAIF Zone Customs for
refund of duty on export materials
sent to customers.
Communicate effectively with customs officers to ensure smooth clearance of all important documents.
Deposit Sharjah Customs cheques to maintain balance for Import/Export, BOE charges and 5% duty.
Apply for
Chamber Certifications (Sharjah and Dubai)
for road transport to GCC countries.
Discuss and resolve customs-related issues with relevant authorities.
Prepare customs documentation for
production stock
.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in customs documentation and clearance.
Good knowledge of the customs process and procedures in Sharjah and the UAE.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Languages:
English, Arabic, Urdu, Hindi
