Position Overview
Emirates Logistics LLC is hiring a detail-oriented and proactive Customs Co-Worker to join our team in Dubai. The role involves handling customs documentation, data entry, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for inbound and outbound shipments.

Key Responsibilities

• Process DP World payments within the same day of BOE/ED date.
• Download and merge inbound/outbound documents within defined timelines.
• File Non-Remittance claims within 2 days of receiving final SWB.
• Verify accuracy of documents before processing BOE for inbound and outbound shipments.
• Maintain and update EL master files, invoices, and EDI data.
• Create and forward shipments, ensuring compliance with timelines.
• Check BL for consumables shipments and confirm complete documentation.
• Update BOE numbers, maintain arrival reports, and track all inbound documents.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of information for all shipments.
• Assist with other tasks assigned by the department head as needed.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel; knowledge of Dubai Trade preferred.
• Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
• Good written and spoken English communication.
• Alert, proactive, and organized attitude.
