Boxman Global Logistics is a UAE-based freight forwarding and logistics company working with international partners such as FedEx, DHL, and UPS. We deliver comprehensive services in Express Courier, Air Freight, Sea Freight, Road Freight, Customs Brokerage, Warehousing & Fulfilment, and E-commerce Logistics.
to manage import/export documentation, coordinate customs processes, and oversee day-to-day warehouse operations. The candidate should have solid knowledge of UAE customs procedures, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and process customs documentation for import and export shipments.
Liaise with Dubai Customs, Free Zone authorities, and government portals (Dubai Trade, Mirsal II, etc.).
Ensure compliance with customs regulations and accuracy of HS codes, duties, and tariffs.
Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and customers for timely clearance.
Supervise warehouse receiving, put-away, storage, and dispatch activities.
Maintain proper records of inventory, customs files, and shipment documents.
Monitor warehouse stock levels and support inventory audits.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve clearance or warehouse-related issues.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent; logistics/supply chain specialization preferred.
3-5 years of experience in customs clearance and warehouse operations in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of UAE customs systems (Mirsal II, Dubai Trade, DP World, etc.).
Familiarity with Free Zone and MOFAIC procedures is an advantage.
Good communication skills in English; Arabic/Hindi knowledge is a plus.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with WMS/ERP systems is preferred.
