is looking for a detail-oriented and knowledgeableCustoms Clearance Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Dubai customs procedures and should be capable of handling clearance independently.Key Responsibilities:
Customs Clearance Operations:
Handle full customs clearance processes for import and export shipments Coordinate with Dubai Customs, port authorities, and clearance agents Prepare and submit required documentation through Dubai Trade / Mirsal II Ensure timely clearance to avoid demurrage or delays
Documentation & Compliance:
Verify and manage all documents such as BL, invoices, packing lists, certificates, etc. Ensure all shipments comply with UAE customs regulations and procedures Monitor updates and changes in customs policies and procedures
Coordination & Follow-Up:
Liaise with internal teams, transporters, and customers regarding clearance status Maintain accurate records of all clearance activities Assist in resolving any customs issues, inspections, or holds
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in customs clearance in Dubai Solid knowledge of UAE/Dubai customs regulations and clearance procedures Familiarity with Dubai Trade and Mirsal II Strong attention to detail and documentation Good communication and coordination skills Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
