Job Description

Loading and Off-loading Supervision:

Supervise the loading and off-loading processes for sea & air freight shipments to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Customs Inspections:

Facilitate customs inspections to verify package contents, item numbers, and loading arrangements (trailers, containers, etc.).

Small Cargo Pickups and Deliveries:

Coordinate the pickup and delivery of small cargo items, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

Cargo Tracking and Retrieval:

Manage cargo tracking for missing items and coordinate with customs for the retrieval of cargo.

Maintain accurate records of all tracked items.

Documentation Management:

Storage and Customs Procedures:

Financial and Administrative Assistance:

Driver Coordination:

Prepare driver agreements and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.

Distribute advance cash payments to drivers and obtain necessary signatures as proof of receipt.

Required Competency Skill:

Required a bachelor's degree, diploma or associate degree in a relevant field

Minimum 2 years of same industry experience.

Employee should possess basic skills related to the position (Handling drivers, ensure safety of loading, handle documentation related to custom clearance & shipment tracking)

Proven experience in transportation operations, logistics coordination, or freight forwarding

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.

Knowledge of local/international trade regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements.

Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Must have the UAE driving license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
