Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist located in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves providing outstanding customer service through resolving inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring consistent customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer interactions, offering technical support as needed, documenting issues, and collaborating with team members to improve service quality.
Qualifications
Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills to address and resolve customer inquiries effectively.
Excellent Interpersonal Skills to communicate empathetically and professionally with diverse customers.
Technical Support skills to assist with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficiently.
Analytical Skills to identify and solve problems, as well as improve processes for enhanced service delivery.
Proficiency in verbal and written communication in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, on-site environment.
A minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.
