Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for FEMALE a Customer Support Representative (Arabic-speaking) located in Dubai. The role involves daily interaction with customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and addressing inquiries through excellent communication and customer service skills. The representative will troubleshoot issues to provide effective solutions and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Customer Support and Troubleshooting skills Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills Excellent Communication skills Ability to work on-site in Dubai Proficiency in Arabic and English Experience in the retail or fashion industry is a plus Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
