About the Role
We are looking for a motivated
Customer Support Specialist
to join our team. You'll be the voice of our company, helping customers smoothly through enquiries via calls, chat, and email. This role has a
low load of communications
--with a focus on quality interactions, not high volume.
Key Responsibilities
Based on standard responsibilities for customer support roles: Guru
Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Guru
Resolving customer issues and complaints with professionalism and patience. Guru
Documenting and logging customer interactions accurately. Guru
Guiding customers through our products/services. Guru
Collaborating with teams to escalate or resolve complex requests. Guru
? Requirements
Minimum
1 year experience
in a
customer service/support

English proficiency at B2 level
or above (CEFR Upper-Intermediate*): able to handle work interactions with clear, confident use of English in speaking and writing. britishcouncil.bg Strong communication and problem-solving skills. withe.co
Professional attitude and ability to maintain high service standards. Guru
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with CRM/ticketing systems (not mandatory but a plus). withe.co
