Role Overview

Customer Service & Order Taking Representative
to join a perfume company in
Al Quoz
. This role is key in handling customer interactions, managing orders efficiently, and ensuring smooth coordination with delivery and warehouse teams.
Requirements
Strong computer skills
Ability to manage
multiple WhatsApp conversations simultaneously
, especially order handling
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Organized, responsive, and detail-oriented
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming customer phone calls professionally
Respond promptly to WhatsApp messages and receive customer orders
Accurately record and process orders
Coordinate with delivery and warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatch
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and order completion
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
