Responsible for managing the end-to-end order processing cycle, including order receipt,
inventory coordination, documentation, and logistics, to ensure accurate and timely
delivery of marine chemicals.
Key Responsibilities:
Process customer orders and update ERP systems.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for inventory and shipment.
Receive customer calls, check availability of stocks and prepare list for the order
quotation
Prepare shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, COA).
Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and marine safety standards.
Communicate order status to customers and address inquiries.
Maintain accurate records and generate order reports.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
2+ years of order processing experience (preferably in marine chemicals).
Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and MS Office.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
