Our client is a

leading global technology company

with a strong presence in Qatar. They are currently looking to hire a

Sales Order Management Executive

to handle customer-side order processing and coordination. Immediate joining required.

Sunday to Thursday (with occasional Saturdays)

Working Hours:

10 hours per day

Salary:

QAR 9,000 (full package)

Start Date:

Immediate joiners preferred

Role Overview:

The Order Management Executive will be responsible for handling end-to-end sales order processing, coordinating with internal teams and customers to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. The role involves maintaining clear communication with clients, monitoring order status, resolving issues, and supporting smooth delivery operations. This position requires attention to detail, strong coordination skills, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with Sales and internal departments to manage and book customer orders Maintain and update the Order Booking Register Prepare revenue forecasts based on material availability from the factory Liaise with logistics and internal teams to organize deliveries and dispatch notes Communicate with our US factory regarding urgent or fire orders Handle credit note processes for incorrect invoicing or storage charges Notify customers of proforma invoices and follow up on cheque status Resolve invoice booking and GRIR mismatch issues Perform accurate invoicing to clients Support the preparation of COO certificates and manage customer communications Assist with RMA, incorrect, or defective materials Provide temporary support to UAE team and cover for CPM during leave periods

Requirements:

5-6 years of solid experience in order management and logistics Strong knowledge of commercial operations and documentation Ability to multitask and communicate effectively across functions Energetic, and motivated to grow within a diversified business Available to join on short notice Must be based in Qatar and able to visit warehouse when required
