Due to fast growth and launching new projects, we are looking for a

Customer Support Officer

to join our team.

What you will be doing:

Ensure that the company receives all necessary payments from debtors. Contact customers to notify them of overdue payments and document debts collected. Performing proper follow-up on accounts via phone calls and letters to ensure payment is received. Use internet searches and other tools to try to locate customers who have moved or changed phone numbers. Maintain records of contacts and attempted contacts with delinquent account customers as well as records of any payments collected from the customer. Resolve customer issues and complaints concerning billing. Manage accounts, arrange debt repayment and establish repayment schedules. Submit regular reports on the status of unpaid accounts and any repayment progress.

What we are expecting from you:

Min. 2-3 years of relevant experience in UAE; Fluent in English; Must be available in UAE; Excellent communication & negotiation skills; Ability to work under stressful conditions.
