Support sales processing by inputting business cases in the system on daily basis to ensure that all necessary data are accurately completed in the application and the cases are entered properly and correctly.
Handle all the pre-approval transactions related to government service process of filling the online application and process sales orders and pre-approvals in order for the data to be entered properly and correctly on behalf of the client ensuring customer satisfaction.
Follow up with the sales representatives as well as other concerned departments regarding pending cases in order to get necessary updates and to prevent backlogs.
Support the sales team in handling legal signing for all cases to ensure that the right legal format and data are correctly presented to and signed by the client.
Maintain and update relevant databases to ensure that accurate and up-to-date data is available at all times
