Customer Support Officer

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our logistics team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to manage customer inquiries and shipment coordination efficiently.

Location: Qatar (applicants must be currently in Qatar)

Gender: Male & Female

Languages: Arabic (must be native or fluent) & English

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and chat.

Coordinate with the logistics and operations teams to ensure timely shipment updates.

Provide accurate information regarding shipment status, delivery schedules, and documentation.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication.

Support clients with service requests, complaints, or escalation follow-ups.

Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Assist in preparing quotations, booking confirmations, and delivery schedules when needed.


Requirements:



Must be currently based in Qatar.

Native or fluent Arabic speaker (Arabic is mandatory).

Proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Previous experience in Customer Service within a Logistics or Freight Forwarding company preferred.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR4,500.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
