xPage is launching a next-generation AI-powered eCommerce platform, and we're expecting a big wave of users. We're looking for a
Customer Support Intern
to help us manage incoming user questions across live chat (Intercom), email, and Discord.
This is a
remote, pre-employment internship
with flexible hours , ideal for someone who wants real startup experience and strong English communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via Intercom, email, and Discord.
Escalate technical or account issues to the internal team.
Organize feedback and support requests for the product team.
Maintain a friendly, helpful tone, you're the human face of xPage.
Requirements:
Excellent written English (grammar, clarity, and tone).
Available at least
6-8 hours per day
, especially during the launch week.
Basic understanding of eCommerce or SaaS is a plus.
Comfortable using Intercom, Discord, and Slack (or willing to learn fast).
