Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers for feedback collection, service verification, and follow-ups
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns in a timely and professional manner
Communicate clearly in
English
while maintaining the company's service standards and brand voice
Accurately record customer interactions, feedback, and outcomes
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Maintain a polite, empathetic, and professional approach in all customer interactions
Requirements
Strong fluency in
spoken and written English
is mandatory
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or call center roles is an advantage
Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
Customer-oriented mindset with good problem-solving abilities
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Candidates with a
valid visa
