We seek a motivated and experienced

Customer Support Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, supporting sales efforts, and ensuring high client satisfaction.

Key Requirements:



Gender:

Male (due to male-only premises)

Experience:

Minimum 2 years in customer support and sales

License:

Valid UAE driving license is a must

Language Skills:

Proficiency in Hindi and English; Arabic is a plus

Education:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline

Location:

Candidates

must be currently residing in the UAE


Key Responsibilities:



Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues Support sales efforts with follow-ups and lead management Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Preferred Qualities:



Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and within a team Problem-solving attitude with a customer-first mindset
