Job Overview
We are seeking a
Customer Support Executive
to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for customers -- both in-store and online -- ensuring a seamless shopping experience through excellent communication, product knowledge, and service quality.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in-store and over the phone or online platforms.
Provide detailed information about jewellery products, pricing, and promotions.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner.
Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing.
Maintain accurate customer records and manage CRM entries.
Support after-sales service, exchanges, and repairs as per company policy.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain the brand's luxury service standards.
Requirements
