Join our growing team as a Customer Support Executive.
What You'll Do
Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
Guide clients through account setup, KYC verification, and platform navigation (MT4/MT5).
Assist with deposits, withdrawals, and troubleshooting.
Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Work closely with sales, compliance, and technical teams to deliver a seamless trading experience.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in customer support (Forex/financial services preferred).
Strong communication skills in English, Hindi (other languages are a plus).
Knowledge of Forex trading platforms (MT4/MT5) is an advantage.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to multitask.
