Customer Support Executive

Job Description

We're looking for a friendly, well-organized team member to support our daily operations. This role includes customer interaction, administrative support, and basic website management.

What You'll Do:



Communicate with customers via phone, email, and WhatsApp to answer inquiries. Prepare quotations and invoices, and follow up with clients as needed. Maintain product listings and update stock availability on our Shopify website. Use Canva to create or update product images. Assist with daily administrative duties and work closely with the rest of the team.

What We're Looking For:



1 to 3 years of experience in customer service or administrative roles. Comfortable using computer. Basic knowledge of Canva is an advantage. Good communication and multitasking skills. Must be available to start immediately.

Salary & Benefits:



AED 3,000 - 3,500 depending on experience Employment visa and medical insurance provided Annual leave and UAE public holidays Air ticket after completing 2 years A supportive and collaborative work environment

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
