We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused
Customer Support Executive
to join our team in
Dubai
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and resolving client issues in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and other channels.
Identify customer needs and provide accurate, valid, and complete information.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive customer experience.
Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure the customer's issues are resolved effectively.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and to gauge satisfaction.
Provide feedback on recurring issues to improve processes and service quality.
Stay up to date with product knowledge, system updates, and company policies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1-3 years of customer service or support experience (preferably in UAE or GCC).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. (Arabic is a plus.)
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Customer-oriented attitude with a passion for delivering high-quality service.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with customer support tools, CRMs, and ticketing systems.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
