Key Responsibilities:

Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when necessary.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and promotions.
Record customer interactions, issues, and feedback accurately.
Maintain a polite, positive, and customer-first attitude throughout all interactions.
Requirements:
Strong communication skills in
English and Hindi
(spoken and written).
Proven experience in a customer service or support role is preferred.
Good problem-solving abilities and patience to handle different customer situations.
Basic computer skills for handling support software and CRM systems.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-oriented and positive mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in
online gaming, fintech, or e-commerce industries
