We are looking for a confident and customer-focused
Arabic-speaking Customer Support Executive
to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in engaging with customers, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a high standard of service through clear and professional communication.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers for feedback collection, service verification, and follow-ups
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns in a professional and timely manner
Communicate fluently in
Arabic
while maintaining the company's brand voice and service standards
Accurately record customer interactions, feedback, and outcomes
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Maintain a courteous and empathetic approach during all customer interactions
Requirements
Fluency in
Arabic
(spoken and written) is mandatory
Working knowledge of
English
is preferred
Prior experience in customer service, telecalling, or call center roles is an advantage
Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
Customer-centric mindset with good problem-solving abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Candidates with a
valid visa
