The job location is Al Nahda, Sharjah.

Job Purpose:



Client acquisition/New Sales

- Onboard new Clients through outbound calling; driving sales.

Client Relationship

- Provide support to clients ensuring on time delivery of products.

Primary duties and responsibilities:



Acquire new clients for the business by making outbound calls; pitch and sell the BTF services and product lines. Forward the interested clients to the respective authority for closing of sales. To provide end to end support to clients through the process of order fulfillment and grievance resolution; address and resolve clients distress and issues Regularly follow up with prospects and leads through tele-calling for lead conversion Successfully convert leads/prospects into customers for the business Submit daily report to reporting-in charge on calls made (cold calling, follow-ups) Perform other duties as and when assigned
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Experience:

Customer support or Telesale: 2 years (Required)
Language:

Fluent Arabic (Required) * Tamil or Hindi (Required)
