Customer Support Executive

Job Description

Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, WhatsApp, in-app chat, and ticketing tools. Manage and resolve customer queries efficiently using ticketing tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk). Process orders, coordinate with the logistics team, and ensure timely pick-up and delivery. Collect and analyze customer feedback to drive service improvements. Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in our CRM system.

Qualifications & Skills



Must be fluent in English

(both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.

Experience with ticketing tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk)

Preference for candidates with previous experience in the laundry industry.

Immediate joiners preferred

1-2 years of experience in customer support. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Creative mindset with strong attention to detail. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
