Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a professional and timely manner. Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies. Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex cases when necessary. Maintain customer records and update databases accurately. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth issue resolution. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships. Support the team in achieving service level targets and KPIs.

Requirements:



Must be a

UAE National with Family Book

. High school diploma or bachelor's degree preferred. Previous experience in customer service or administrative support is an advantage. Strong communication skills in English and Arabic. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
