Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Provide customer support via phone, email and other communication channels. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer requests efficiently. Ensure timely follow-ups with clients and maintain excellent customer relationships. Support in data entry and related documents as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in any field. Fresh graduate with a willingness to learn and adapt. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. Attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and manage tasks efficiently.
