The successful candidate must demonstrate excellent communication abilities, a polished and professional demeanor, and flexibility to manage various shift timings.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Saturday: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM
Sunday: Off
Requirements
Previous experience in a Customer Service role is a must
Experience in the Real Estate industry is a strong advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic administrative skills
Well-groomed, confident, and presentable with a pleasant demeanor
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Fluency in any additional language(s) other than English and Arabic is a plus
Female candidates preferred under the age of 35
Valid UAE driving license or residents in Dubai Hills, Al Barsha, Al Barsha South, or Al Quoz are preferred
