At Macmillan Learning, the health and safety of our employees and contract staff is a top priority. This position will be employed through Headway consulting firm working remotely throughout the US. The position is eligible for remote employment excluding Colorado.
Start Date: 6/13/22
End Date: 10/15/22
Hours: 20+ hours, Monday - Friday between 8am and 5pm CST
Pay Rate: $17 / hr
Position Description:
The Client Success Associate will collaborate with members of the Client Success team to support setting up High Schools and school districts with online course materials for the Fall 2022 back to school season. This will include, but is not limited to processing customer requests to identify onboarding preferences, duplicating course sites, setting up new schools within online systems, creating and enrolling user accounts, delivering access to customers through email, and replying to basic customer support requests.
Required Skills / Knowledge: * Substantial computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
