Job Summary: Looking for a Customer Services Representative in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Job Key Details:
- Always keep up a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward every customer
- Respond to customers' inquiries in a timely manner
- Speak with customers through various channels as directed
- Resolve customer complaints in a proper way
- Assist in processing orders
- Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, complaints etc
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- Conduct any other related tasks as may be required
- Should be a graduate from a recognized institution
- At least 1-2 years of related working experience
- Must be very comfortable working with computers
- Ability to handle all kinds of clients
- Must be a good problem solver with excellent customer service skills
- Ability to communicate well at all times
