Job Summary: Looking for a Customer Services Representative in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

  • Always keep up a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward every customer
  • Respond to customers' inquiries in a timely manner
  • Speak with customers through various channels as directed
  • Resolve customer complaints in a proper way
  • Assist in processing orders
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, complaints etc
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
  • Conduct any other related tasks as may be required
Job Qualifications and Experience
  • Should be a graduate from a recognized institution
  • At least 1-2 years of related working experience
  • Must be very comfortable working with computers
  • Ability to handle all kinds of clients
  • Must be a good problem solver with excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to communicate well at all times
