Job description Outdoor boats rental customers services representative As a Hostess you are responsible to provide professional and customer focused service to our guests, ensuring their will booking with us l become a memorable experience. The Responsibilities:

• Oversee all boats trips operations from booking process to successful completion of trips.
• Supervising and coordinating all boat personnel.
• Offer consistently professional, friendly, warm and engaging service.
• Welcome guests to the boats marine, receive and escort guests to the boat.
• Coordinate with the supervisor and boat captain in making necessary arrangements according to reservations and table setup requirements.

• Observe the cleanliness and maintenance of the boats and entrance area.

Maintain all rental boats to the highest standards of cleanliness and operational preparedness.

• Provide support to the boat's sales team with booking operations and communication with central agents, hotels to arrange tours
• Provide overall day to day management of the boats rental Operations with the goal of delivering excellent customer service.
• Finalize and record the financial reporting duties with accurate figures sending promptly to the supervisor .
• Reassure the guests' satisfaction upon their departure.

Verify rental guest has paid in full for rental period. Conduct safety and boat orientation briefing for each rental, and/or manage staff to do same Inspect each boat rental upon return for damages including interior, exterior, propeller, anchor, and lines. Qualifications: *** valid UAE driving license

• university degree .
• English and Arabic language mandatory.
• Previous managerial experience required.
• Knowledge of boats or yachts operations.
• Computer experience required.
• Professional communication skills mandatory.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Excellent people skills.
• A positive, energetic personality.
• Friendly, professional attitude.
• Neat clean appearance.
• Must be able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time.
• Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED2,200.00 - AED3,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• customer service: 3 years (Preferred)
