We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Customer Service Representative / Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors. The role involves managing front desk operations, assisting patients with appointments and inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience at our center.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information about services.
Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
Maintain and update patient records and registration details.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments to ensure smooth patient flow.
Handle billing and payment processes when required.
Manage the reception area to keep it clean, organized, and presentable.
Address patient concerns promptly and escalate issues to management when necessary.
Maintain confidentiality and follow all clinic policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Minimum High School Diploma; Diploma or Degree in Administration or related field preferred.
Prior experience in customer service or front desk (preferably in healthcare) is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and appointment scheduling software.
Fluent in English ,Arabic and Pashto or other languages is an added advantage.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and professional appearance.
