Job Description

Call Centre Agent / Listing Agent is required for reputed Real Estate Company in Abu dhabi
Location: Muroor, Abu Dhabi, UAE
Candidate must be currently based in the UAE.
Candidate should have strong communication & computer skills.
Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as listing Agent
  • Establish and build relationships with landlords
  • Follow up with clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings
  • Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis
  • Strong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills
  • Conduct market analysis on daily basis to ensure listing prices are within market prices Negotiate the listing price with the homeowner to get the best market price
  • Facilitating the Listing team for calling, availability and landlords/owner coordination as required.
  • Knowledge of areas / islands/ properties types in Abu Dhabi
Educational Qualifications: Bachelors/Diploma in business administration or a related field
  • Can start immediately
