Customer Service Support Staff (bank)

Job Description

We are looking to hire a qualified Customer Service Support Staff who can join our dynamic team.
  • Provide quality service to a portfolio of Business Banking, Corporate and Investment Banking customers, etc.
  • Act as the main point of contact for corporate customers for all corporate service related activities.
  • Identify customer needs and refer customers to appropriate banking department.
  • Write and edit any kind of document, including letters, reports, and etc.
  • Deliver administrative assistance to maintain the smooth operation of the office.
Job Qualification
  • Bachelor\'s Degree is required.
  • Arabic and English proficiency is mandatory.
  • Min. 2 years of Customer Service/CSR experience.
  • Previous working experience in banking or financial institution is mandatory.
  • Proficient with MS Office Tools.
  • Candidates with transferable visa with valid QID or under family sponsorship are preferred.
  • Locally available in Qatar and can start immediately or within short notice.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: QAR6,000.00 - QAR6,500.00 per month Education:
