Responsibilities:Managing emails from banks and corporate clients, extracting relevant data, and creating tickets in Jira for operational purposes.Providing case updates to banks via email.Sending reports to banks on a daily basisServing as a liaison between the bank and analysts for escalations or queries.Updating and maintaining MIS daily and sharing case updates at the end of the day.Entering case details into SAP.Required Skills1 to 3 years' experience.Bachelor's degreeExperience working with Multinational Company preferredCustomer service experience within UAE desired.Excellent telephone manners and listening skillsExcellent English speaking & writing skillsMulti -Tasking is essentialComprehensive understanding of Microsoft ExcelExperience in dealing with multiple departments within an organizationOrganized with proven administration experienceAttention to details
