Who you are
You are an experienced customer service and supply chain professional, who seeks new challenges in a dynamic global organization. Committed and driven with a process-oriented approach and comprehensive understanding of the supply chain process.

Skills & Competencies:
  • Proficiency in using supply chain management software and ERPs - SAP HANA;
  • Strong understanding of inventory management principles and processes;
  • Excellent English communication and negotiation skills;
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems in a dynamic environment.
Education & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain management or customer service within a logistics or manufacturing environment;
  • Experience with SAP HANA is mandatory, food industry experience is highly preferred;
  • Demonstrated knowledge of supply chain processes, order fulfillment, and logistics coordination.
Description
As a Customer Service Specialist, you\'ll manage daily orders, requests and build after-sales relations with customers. You\'ll work closely with logistics to ensure customer satisfaction and returning business. You\'ll also lead customer service projects, including the transition to SAP HANA.
  • Oversee the achievement and maintenance of agreed customer service levels and standards.
  • Monitor the accuracy of reporting and database information.
  • Manage large amounts of incoming emails/calls.
  • Analyze relevant data to determine customer service outputs and stock replenishment improvement (DDP customers).
  • Liaise with company management to support and implement growth strategies.
  • Generate sales orders and invoices.
  • Coordinate closely with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any supply chain disruptions (CIF Customers)
  • Identify and assess customers\' needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers.
