Job Description
Flower Shop in Sharjah specifically in Al Khan area is looking for full time Customer Service Arabic and English speaking with excellent customer service skills.
Job duties include:
Working behind counter to great customers in the shop
Manage incoming phone calls and social media messages and taking orders
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Requirements and skills
Arabic and English speaking Fluently
Good customer support experience
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Good communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED2,800.00 per month
Working Hours : 9 hours including 1 hour break
Duty time :9am - 6pm or 2pm- 11pm
Experience:
customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
