Job Description

Real Estate Development company looking for suitable individuals with Customer Service & Administration Experience.

Individuals must be customer service and experience oriented, with proper English grammar skills and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

The suitable candidate will be extremely organized, with a focus on timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, as well as various follow ups via email and phone. Candidates with Salesforce or other CRM experience, as well as any experience with Real Estate Developers will be preferred.

The candidate must be prompt in responses to customer questions, and ensure the customer journey is pleasant, along with keeping the customer well informed of the entire off plan purchasing process till handover of his/her unit with answers to any questions they may have.

The following tasks and responsibilities will form part of the responsibilities:

Responding to Customer inquiries and emails.

Keeping Excel and Salesforce databases up to date, to ensure proper tracking and follow up of payment reminders, contracts, filing of documents, registration of Oqood and Title Deeds, past due notices, or other notices and communications.

Ensuring timely follow up with clients with regards to various aspects. (i.e., payment reminders, payment follow ups, signing of contracts etc).

Organizing and managing the issuance of sales documents, reservation agreements, contracts for all new sales of any units sold or transferred, past due notices, or termination notices.

Scheduling appointments with customers for signing of documents, transfer of property documents, handover procedures and snagging appointments

Carrying out all administrative functions related to the sales, unit registrations (Oqood), Dubai land department and RERA procedures.

Coordinating between members of the Sales team (Managers, Head of Sales and Sales

Director) and the other departments for various aspects of the sales process flow.

Reports to Management of any items past due such as payments, document signatures, or contract finalizations.

Preparation of Weekly Reports across all projects

Ideal candidate should be available to join immediately.

Candidate should be a University Graduate and have good time management and interpersonal skills. Candidates with hospitality or retail sales experience are welcome to apply, provided they are well versed in Microsoft Excel.

Candidates fluent in Arabic would be an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED11,000.00 - AED16,000.00 per month
