Job Description

We are looking forward for a patient and professional Sales cum customer care representative to join our team in Damac Hills 1 branch.

Responsibilities:

Call and communicate with customers Build and maintain customer relationships and sales Resolve issues and calm down unhappy customers Manage social media & assist with advertising Coordinate with drivers and handle delivery and pick up schedules Stay positive and absorb pressure under stress
Requirements:

Excellent communication in English (Arabic is a plus) Strong customer service & problem-solving skills Social media awareness and organizational ability
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
