Manage inbound and outbound customer queries via phone and chat.

Coordinate job schedules and resolve real-time service issues

Monitor feedback, escalate concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with operations to improve client retention and service quality.

Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and follow up on open tickets.

1-3 years' experience in a customer service, call center, or client support role.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

A calm, solution-oriented approach to challenges.

Experience in a startup or service-based company is a plus.
