We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and organized

Customer Service Representative/Car Park Attendant who has an accounting educational background.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations of the car park, ensuring excellent customer service, and assisting with financial transactions and reports related to the car park. This role requires a balance of excellent customer interaction skills and a strong understanding of basic accounting principles.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Liaise with members of the public and provide advice on car park facilities, parking issues, and services in a friendly and courteous manner. Address customer queries and complaints promptly and effectively, aiming to resolve any issues in a timely manner. Assist customers with parking space allocation and ensure a smooth parking experience. Prepare and issue invoices for clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Maintain detailed accounts for car park clients, including tracking payments, balances, and outstanding dues. Perform regular reconciliation of accounts to ensure all transactions are accounted for correctly. Monitor and manage accounts to identify discrepancies and resolve them efficiently. Handle call centre tasks, including answering inquiries, processing bookings, and providing information about car park services. Assist in administrative tasks related to car park operations, including filing reports, processing payments, and updating customer records.

Skills & Qualifications:

A background in Accounting, Finance, or related fields (Degree/Diploma preferred). Proven experience in spreadsheets (Excel), accounting, invoicing, and reconciliation Previous customer service experience in a similar setting (car park, retail, or hospitality) is an advantage. Experience with invoice preparation and account maintenance.

Benefits:

Pay: AED2,400.00 per month

+ Visa and Medical Insurance are provided. 12 hours shift, 6 days a week.
