Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a
Customer Service Representative
located in the UAE. The representative will handle daily customer interactions, respond to inquiries, and ensure professional and timely communication with clients. The role requires maintaining high standards of customer care, assisting with shipment updates, coordinating with internal teams, and contributing to an excellent service experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and messaging platforms
Provide accurate information regarding shipping, towing, tracking, and clearance
Document customer interactions and update system records
Coordinate with operations teams to resolve customer issues
Maintain professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction at all times
Requirements
UAE National (Emirati) with a Family Book
High school diploma or higher
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer and CRM software skills
Previous experience in customer service is preferred
