We are currently seeking a
Customer Service Representative
to join our team as part of the Emiratization program. This role is open exclusively to UAE Nationals.
Eligibility Requirement:
Candidates must hold both a
UAE passport
and a
Family Book
(
Khulasat Al Qaid
).
Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
Resolve customer issues and complaints with professionalism and patience
Maintain accurate customer records and update databases as required
Coordinate with different departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Represent the company with professionalism and integrity
Requirements:
UAE National with valid passport + Family Book (Khulasat Al Qaid)
Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
Customer-focused attitude with a professional and presentable demeanor
Basic MS Office knowledge preferred
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
