Handle
inbound and outbound chats and calls
to assist users on the platform. Promote platformfeatures, offers, bonuses, and promotions
to increase user activity and engagement. Support users withaccount registration, deposits, withdrawals, and general queries
. Work towards achievingdaily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
. Maintain accurate records ofleads, conversations, and user interactions
. UseExcel
for tracking data, updating reports, and monitoring performance. Provideprofessional, empathetic, and persuasive communication
to ensure a positive customer experience.Requirements
Previous
customer service or telesales experience
preferred (experience ingaming or fintech
domains is a plus). Fluency inGujarati, Telugu, Kannada, and Hindi
is mandatory. Basic knowledge ofExcel
(data entry and formulas). Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working inrotational day shifts
